Zienswijze Wabo ILT

De Inspectie Leefomgeving en Transport (ILT) kan bij de Wabo-vergunningprocedure een zienswijze (advies) over de ontwerpbeschikking aan het bevoegd gezag geven. Als de zienswijze niet wordt overgenomen door het bevoegd gezag, kan de ILT beroep instellen. Het bevoegd gezag kan de ILT ook vragen een advies uit te brengen over de aanvraag van een vergunning.
