Verzoek van EASA voor feedback op Airworthiness Review proces
Following the requirements of Article 24.3 of the Basic Regulation (EC) No 216/2008 of 20 February 2008, the Agency has decided to perform an assessment of the impact of the implementation of the Part-M requirements related to the Airworthiness Review process. As an essential part of this activity the Agency intends to collect feedback from all affected competent authorities and stakeholders to analyse the need of further rulemaking action. The objective of a prospective rulemaking task would be to take stock of specific implementation issues related to the Airworthiness Review process in view of determining the need for further adjustments or amendments to the applicable rules and guidance material.
